Group & Family Resort Options

For attendees traveling in groups or with family who require more space, we have secured a limited number of larger accommodations adjacent to Hotel Effie at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

These are perfect for sharing or extending your trip and include:

Ten (10) 1- and 2-bedroom units

These units are available on a first-come, first-served basis starting Tuesday, October 28th.

We invite ARES members and friends to submit papers, panel discussions, posters, and other submissions on novel topics within the disciplines of real estate. As real estate scholars and practitioners, we must continue to analyze the complex opportunities and challenges that await in 2026.
