The James R. Webb American Real Estate Foundation (“Foundation”) has helped hundreds of doctoral students and scholars attend ARES annual meetings.  Doctoral students focusing on real estate represent the future of ARES.  Please help the Foundation secure a better future for ARES by making a contribution to The James R. Webb American Real Estate Society Foundation.

I invite you to contribute to the Foundation’s endowment, to join as a Fellow, and essentially to help secure the future of ARES.  Your financial contribution as a Fellow or Benefactor of the Foundation supports its primary mission which is to fund the Doctoral Seminar at the ARES annual meetings. Another way to contribute is to include the Foundation in your estate planning through a bequest that names the Foundation as a beneficiary.

We would also like to draw you attention to the Drew Sanderford FLARES Annual Reception fund. This targeted fundraising campaign is to provide funds for the FLARES Annual Reception at the ARES meetings in honor of Drew Sanderford. As most of you know, Drew passed away unexpectedly last year. He was extremely engaged in helping to get FLARES off the ground and he dedicated a lot of his time to helping mentor junior scholars. To contribute to this fund use this special donation link, or add a note to your normal James R. Webb Foundation donation that you would like to include said gift as part of the campaign to name the FLARES reception after Drew Sanderford.
