Sponsor one of the several evening events during the meeting. The Friday night dinner is the crescendo of the conference and is the perfect opportunity to leave a memorable and lasting impression on conference goers minds before they travel back to their home institutions. Sponsoring the Gala provides the opportunity to emphasize your organization’s services and products in a congenial setting. Sponsorship fee will be used to offset cost of food,beverage, and live music.
