Call for Applications (2025)

The James R Webb ARES Foundation International Scholar Travel Grant aims at supporting International real estate scholars from emerging markets in attending and presenting their research at the 41st American Real Estate Society Conference taking place in Tucson, Arizona from April 8th to April 11th, 2025. The award would be used to pay for lodging and/or flight fees and/or conference registration with the maximum award amount in the total of US$2000. International scholars in real estate, finance, economics, housing, urban planning, construction management, and any other field relevant to real estate/property who are members of IRES sister societies are invited to apply.

To apply for the James R Webb ARES Foundation International Scholar Travel Grant for the 2025 ARES conference, please complete the online form below by 30th November 2024.

To qualify for this grant, the recipient must:

• Be a member of a sister society.
• Agree to attend all official dates of the conference for which expenses are reimbursed.

The recipients of the award will be notified by 15th December 2024.
