I have found what I think is a good, and FREE anti-spam software.   After spending a time setting it up, it have reduced my spam from over 300 in 6 hours to 4 messages. It
runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, 2003 or XP.

A POP3 or IMAP4 mailbox. A standard email program such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Eudora. Be sure to take the time to add your friends e-mail addresses to the White list.  If not, you might not get their mail.
